Personalization & Orders
What if I made a typo in my engraving?
No worrie! If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can fix it right away. Please contact us at info@zeliya.com.
Can I return it if I don’t like how it looks?
Each piece is handmade and personalized just for you, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s any issue with quality or engraving accuracy, we’ll remake it at no cost.
Can I choose the engraving font, placement, or see a preview before engraving?
Yes. You can select your preferred font on the product page, and our craftsmen adjust the placement for the best balance and clarity.
If you’d like a design proof before production, just contact us — we’ll send you a preview for confirmation.
Can I choose any design and customize it with my own text or pattern?
Yes. If the product page doesn’t include the customization option you need, just contact us.
We can fully personalize any piece — from names, handwritten messages, photo engraving, coordinates, zodiac signs, and moon phases to initials or other special designs.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracking for all orders, so you can always follow your parcel’s journey from our studio to your doorstep with peace of mind.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- United States: 4–9 business days
- Other Destinations: 6–10 business days
All orders include Tracking, so you can follow your parcel at every step.
Express shipping options are available at checkout and take around 2–3 business days to most destinations.

How long does it take to make my jewelry?
Production time is 1–3 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, please email us at info@zeliya.com after checkout, and we’ll do our best to prioritize it.
Once your jewelry is crafted, we’ll ship it with full tracking so you can follow every step of its journey.
Where do you ship the products from?
Our office and workshop are located in Madrid, Spain. All packages are shipped from our workshop in Madrid.
Materials & Gift
What materials do you use, and will the engraving fade?
We use high-quality stainless steel plated with 18k gold, silver, or rose gold. It’s durable, hypoallergenic, and resistant to tarnishing.
Each engraving is made with precision laser etching, not surface printing, so it will never fade and can be treasured for years to come.
Can I include a gift message or request gift wrapping?
You can select the gift wrapping option on the product page and add your message. We’ll print it in elegant calligraphy on an art card and pack it together with your gift box.
Our gift wrapping service is perfect for anniversaries and holidays.
The invoice is sent only to the email provided at checkout, and no prices or paperwork are placed inside the box.
